Scott Taylor made history in the final round of the Right Trailers Outlaw Street class when he not only became the first-ever class winner at the Cornwell Tools U.S. Nationals, but he also became the category’s first repeat winner following his recent win at the NHRA Brainerd Nationals in Brainerd, Minn. In the final round of the eighth-mile series, which highlights some of the world’s quickest authentic doorslammer, Taylor drove to a 3.703 after Kyle Canion fouled away a competitive 3.705.
